Delivery Information.
UK Delivery
Tmmemorials will arrange for delivery to home or business addresses anywhere on the UK Mainland . Generally orders will be despatched by Royal Mail on their standard parcel service. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, or Overseas will be subject to additional charges, please call 01889 577792 or email for delivery estimates.
When will my order be shipped
Our aim is to despatch all orders (excluding marked items) within 7 days from receipt of order. However in some cases this cannot be guaranteed. If any items you have ordered are out of stock you will be notified via our shopping confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order.

Where indicated you may be prompted to telephone our office or email us for shipping costs, this will generally apply to heavier items or items required for shipping to outside the UK Mainland.
Returns Policy.
As goods supplied by us are personalised we can only offer a full refund or replacement if the item provided is either faulty or has an incorrect inscription owing to an error on our part.
Returns must be received by us, unused, within a 28 day period after purchase.
